Midas

We stopped in an emergency on the way to a wedding when our tire pressure light kept going off. Not being familiar with the area we called several places and no one could take us for hours. They took us right in, checked all the tires, assured us nothing was wrong and got us in and out within 20 minutes. The guys couldn’t have been nicer and gave us pace of mind for the rest of our trip!

A special word of praise for Matt who is knowledgeable, personable and communicates well. I brought him my 2006 300C SRT8, with an exhaust leak. It's a high performance, non-stock exhaust system. We set up an appointment for the next day. He had it fixed quickly at a price that can't be beat.

This was my first visit. I had a serious exhaust issue with our vehicle so I called Midas...Matt answered and said they could service the car right away. After I arrived it was minutes before they took the car in and diagnosed the issue. They showed me the problem and I authorized the repair. Everyone including the technicians were very professional and competent. They orderd the part and it was installed the next day. What a pleasure it was to do business with this location, no pressure at all and very capable. Thanks again Matt and team!

Read some good reviews and a friend recommended this shop. Very glad he did! Went in for an overdue oil change (open on Sundays) and they gave the car a good look over. There were some "let's fix today" and some "keep an eye on it" issues. Matt laid it all out, gave fair prices on work done, fair estimates on work TBD, and ZERO pressure/up-selling. This will be my new shop going forward. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at the Midas on Route 7 (377 Main Ave., Norwalk, CT) on April 20, 2026 at about 9:12 AM. Alex and Andre deserve special recognition — they both stood out tremendously for their professionalism and genuine concern. Alex took his time with me when I needed to clear my thoughts and helped me work through things patiently. He’s clearly dedicated to the shop, always smiling and professional. Even while handling phone calls he was able to give full attention to customers. He consistently goes above and beyond Midas’ standards. Andre was especially helpful — he showed me how to remove a rubber scuff that had scarred my car after someone drove toward it. He explained the process, gave me the right information, and helped me get it off, so now my car looks nice and new again. The guys were a big help, and because of their service we’ve decided to start getting our car work done at this Midas. I also want to thank Simon Persaud for driving my cars for inspection — both passed: my 2018 BMW SUV and my 2019 Audi luxury edition. We have trucks for our business, Coach Movers LLC, and we’ll be using Midas because of Alex and especially Andre. Highly recommend this
